Weekly Sketches
Freshman Seminar 2019
All of these Sketches were done in the first nine weeks of my Freshman year of college at the University of the Pacific.
Week 1: I drew six objects from direct observation.
Week 2: I animated the six objects I drew in week one.
Week 3: I drew car engine and car engine parts. The main focus was to make it as realistic as possible with shading.
Week 5: I drew six objects from direct observation. These are all objects that I see on a day to day basis but do not pay much attention to.
Week 4: I drew a scapula and humerus and made it look as realistic as possible with shading.
Week 6: I drew six hands from direct observation. My goal was to capture the life of each hand.
Week 7: I drew six eyes in different positions from direct observation. My goal was to capture the life in them.
Week 8: I drew noses from direct observation in different positions.
: I drew people from direct observation. My goal is to make them as life like as possible.
